HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT FOR MULVANE CITY PARKS 

THIS AGREEMENT, made this day between the City of Mulvane, Kansas, hereinafter, "CITY" and the below identified applicant, hereinafter, "APPLICANT", whether one or more, the parties agree as follows: 

  1. Applicant/user has completed a “Permit To Reserve” facility(s) at the City of Mulvane Park. 
  2.  Applicant/user agrees to abide by all city codes, regulations and rules for use of a city park and or city owned property. 
  3. The applicant/user agrees to use the facilities “as is” and not to alter, modify, convert or change any city equipment or property without express, written consent from the City. 
  4. Applicant/user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the City of Mulvane, Kansas and its agents and assigns against any and all injury, loss, damage, costs and expenses that user may sustain or incur arising from the use of any or all the facilities at the above named city park. 
  5. This Agreement is binding on all parties, their agents and assigns.

Please read prior to signing permit The holder of this permit has priority use of the above facilities on the days and times reserved. It is understood that the user may be preempted by the City of Mulvane if scheduling arises. The Lessor agrees to be the responsible party if the park has not been maintained properly during usage and may by billed a cleanup fee. The Mulvane Police has authority to ask any party to leave the park if complaints are made or conduct is inappropriate in a city park. Parks are open from 5:00 a.m. to midnight.
